Getting Started


If you haven't already, be sure to setup your account settings and connect your calendar. For detailed instructions, see Setting Up Your Account.

Using BlinkEval: How to Provide Feedback in Four Easy Steps:
You will receive an email notification after each event on you calendar, and a rating form will be pre-populated with the meeting information and participants (or you can manually add a new meeting).

Step 1.
Log In to BlinkEval. (Users find it helpful to add a bookmark for your browser, or an icon/link to your smartphone's home page). A meeting evaluation form should appear, populated with information from the most recent meeting on your calendar. If you don't have a pre-populated evaluation form (i.e., if you don't have any events on your calendar since you signed up for an account), don't worry -- you may add a new evaluation form by clicking the "+ Add Meeting" button and completing the form. Future meetings on your calendar will pre-populate evaluation forms, as long as your calendar is connected (go to "Settings" and "Calendar Integration").

Step 2.
Rate the meeting and participants. Use the slider to evaluate the meeting and each participant. You can select any rating from "Does Not Meet" to "Exceeded Expectations."


Step 3.
Add comments. Add any comments you believe will be constructive (or choose from frequently submitted comments) for future meetings, or to help participants meet your expectations next time.


Step 4.
Submit!
